  • Nursing Hub: Over 400 Palestinian and Israeli nurses and health professionals participated in specialized clinical skills development, peer learning, and leadership development opportunities, with participants and trainers from Al Makassed Hospital (East Jerusalem), Al Ahli Hospital (Hebron), Diabetes Palestine, Sheba Medical Center (Ramat Gan), and Ben Gurion University Medical Training Simulation Center (Be’er Sheba). Approximately 85% of participants across nationalities and genders increased their levels of empathy and trust for the ‘other’ by engaging in Rozana’s educational and health diplomacy activities in 2024.
  • Mobile Clinics: Rozana’s Women4Women Clinic in the South Hebron Hills (Area C, West Bank) and the Tent Clinic in Khan Younis, Gaza provided approximately 45,000 healthcare services to thousands of Palestinian patients, supported by training from Sheba Beyond.
  • Wheels of Hope: Over 200 Palestinian patients per month, mostly children accompanied by a parent, received free transportation to hospitals in Jerusalem, facilitated by Israeli and Palestinian volunteers through the Palestinian Green Land Society for Health Development and the Israeli Humans without Borders, as well as Rozana’s minibus. Close to 9,000 services were provided throughout 2024.
  • Palliative Care: 46 health practitioners successfully completed advanced palliative care training delivered by Pallium Canada, enhancing collaboration and knowledge exchange.
  • Advanced Trauma and Life Support (ATLS): 140 physicians (70 Palestinian, 70 Israeli) improved their emergency medical response skills, fostering professional relationships. Since the launch of ‘Operating Together’ in late 2022, 350 Israeli and Palestinian professionals have participated. 100% of participants see how cooperation benefits their work in healthcare, and all are committed to future cooperation with the ‘other’ in the sector.
  • Binational School of Psychotherapy: 62 Palestinian and Israeli mental health professionals engaged in cross-border training, enhancing mental health care for children affected by conflict. In the program co-founded by Rozana and delivered by Hadassah, 99% of participants believe in the potential for reconciliation between the two sides.
